amazing location friendly staff stylish design free drinks
The location is killer, so close to the train station. the staff were all friendly and always willing to help with directions and recommendations! the room had a stylish design, and the bed was super comfy (i slept like a log!). i loved that they had free coffee, tea, and water available all day. It.
the room i had was a bit on the smaller side, but it wasn't a huge deal.

convenient location wide selection efficient service
The location is very convenient, a short walk to the main train station. Breakfast had a wide selection that suited various tastes. It was a definite highlight. The check-in was handled well by the reception team, they showed great professionalism.. I appreciated the efficient service.
The shower lacked shelves for storing shower products. This meant I had to place items on the floor. A small ledge or hook would improve the experience.

helpful staff detailed directions convenient laundry
The reception staff were helpful and always available. I appreciated the detailed directions provided for reaching the hotel. The pay-per-use laundry room on level 2 was very convenient. I found it well kept. I was able to buy the token from the check-in counter with ease.
the room temperature could not be controlled, and the room became warm. Sleeping with the window open resulted in too much noise. I wish the ability to control the temperature was an option.

the standard double room had nice decor. the bed was especially comfortable, awesome for restful sleep. I also found the room very clean upon my arrival.

the location is near the train station. free coffee and tea are available. a good pizzeria is also nearby.
the wi-fi signal was poor! we could only use it in the lobby. safe and mini bar were not available in the room.

great location friendly staff functional layout
the hotel had a great location near the train station.. the walk was manageable. the staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. my room offered a functional layout despite being a bit compact.
the lack of individual temperature control made the room a little warm.
